At George Richards Big & Tall, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fit; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to initiate a return request and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

Ship It Back

Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Canada Post outlet.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
